Marc A. Garza is the Founder and CEO of GRI Investigative Group, Inc., a California-based investigative firm providing litigation support, corporate investigations, workplace misconduct investigations, and complex fact-finding services to law firms, corporations, government agencies, and private clients.
With more than 30 years of combined law enforcement and investigative experience, Mr. Garza has conducted and supervised investigations involving fraud, workplace misconduct, criminal defense, civil litigation, wrongful death, and corporate matters. He has testified in both California State and Federal Courts and is recognized for delivering thorough, objective, and court-defensible investigative work.
Prior to founding GRI Investigative Group, Mr. Garza served over two decades in law enforcement retiring at the rank of Police Sergeant. Today, he leads a team of experienced investigators dedicated to providing professional, discreet, and results-driven investigative services throughout California.

John S. Muñoz is a seasoned investigator specializing in complex investigations, surveillance operations, and missing persons cases. He works closely with attorneys to develop evidence, locate critical witnesses, and conduct investigations that support civil, criminal, and family law litigation.
Mr. Muñoz has extensive experience conducting covert surveillance, skip tracing, witness locates and interviews, and difficult missing person investigations. He is skilled at managing challenging assignments involving evasive subjects, fraud allegations, and other matters requiring discretion, persistence, and strategic investigative planning.
Known for his professionalism and attention to detail, Mr. Muñoz provides thorough investigative reports and well-documented evidence to assist attorneys in preparing and strengthening their cases.

TSCM Investigations
Marc M. Garza supports GRI Investigative Group’s field operations and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) investigations. He has extensive experience conducting online and social media research and assisting with field-based investigative assignments.
His work includes open-source and social media research, investigative intelligence gathering, field operations, surveillance support, and assistance with TSCM inspections of vehicles, residences, and business environments. Marc brings a detail-oriented and methodical approach to assignments, with an emphasis on discretion, thorough documentation, and identifying information relevant to each investigation.
As part of GRI Investigative Group’s TSCM team, Marc assists with the systematic inspection and assessment of environments for potential surveillance devices and other security concerns.
KEVIN ANTUNEZ
Field Operations
Litigation Support
Kevin Antunez serves as the Lead Registered Process Server for GRI Investigative Group, bringing extensive experience in complex and difficult service of process assignments.
Kevin specializes in serving evasive and hard-to-locate individuals, conducting surveillance stakeouts, and performing field operations designed to successfully complete challenging service assignments. His experience includes residential and business service attempts, location verification, surveillance, and detailed documentation of investigative efforts.
Known for his persistence, discretion, and methodical approach, Kevin plays an integral role in GRI Investigative Group’s field operations and works closely with the investigative team to develop effective strategies for difficult and time-sensitive assignments.
