Mr. Garza is a licensed private investigator and a retired police sergeant in San Diego, CA. He has over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, private investigations, and consulting. He focuses on complex civil litigation, criminal defense and TSCM investigations for law firms and their private clients.

He has assisted legal counsel with investigations in numerous civil litigation matters at the state and federal levels. Additionally, he has conducted investigations for felony-level criminal defense cases dealing with homicide, gangs, and assaults with a deadly weapon (“ADW”).

Mr. Garza is insured and licensed by the State of California. He is a proud member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (“CALI”) , the California Defense Investigators Association (“CDIA”), and the San Diego County Bar Association (“SDCBA”)​​
